The perfect lip gloss is the Liquid Metallics from Bee Luscious. It is not sticky or goopy and stays on a long time. My favorite color is Pink Kisses.

well I have this problem a lot as well however there is a new line of make up that just came out and you can find it at Target and WalMart and places like that. Its the BEST that I found yet!

Its called H.I.P

and all there products are the best ever they stay on all day as well

As a professional makeup artist I love the products by bee luscious cosmetics I would look into the liptoxyl sheer and the liquid metallics.

Pink Grapefruit Liplicious-$6-8

Eyeliner-
Sephora has a nice variety, but it is expensive. You have to watch out for expensive liners that smudge, but there are some that don’t, like:
Sephora Brand Slim Pencil-$1-4-cheap!
Stila Kajal Eye Liner-$16.50
